We get this question a lot. How can a specialist CRM and email marketing agency provide unlimited services to brands? Simply, we do not charge for hours or days with our subscription plans. For our essentials plan you can work with our team on one active project at a time. For professional plan subscribers, you work with your Enchant team on two active projects at a time. Enterprise clients have a bespoke service level.

All you need to do is pick a subscription plan or get help with choosing from our experts and you are then free to brief as many projects as you like, whenever you like. It's that simple.
Unlimited! We charge for your subscription fee and for all of our subscriptions plans, we do not bill by hours or days. There are no additional fees on top of your subscription plan fee*.
You get unlimited access to your Enchant team, based on your plan. For clients on the essentials plan, we work with your marketing team on one key CRM project at a time. On the professional plan, we work with you on two projects at a time and you get access to our WhatsApp marketing and email marketing deliverability services.

Your Enchant team are based in the UK (we are headquartered in London), Berlin and various states in the USA. We cover all timezones and serve clients globally.
Clients on our essentials plan receive account management from a variety of Enchant team members. Clients on the professional plan and enterprise plan have a dedicated account manager.
Once we've approved your suitability to work with Enchant, we can activate your account and services within 48 hours.
Over 70% of our clients renew from year 1 into multi-year working relationships because they get the ROI and value they need. We have many clients that have been with us for over five years.
The term-length that you choose with Enchant is entirely up to you. The pricing shown in our pricing tables is based on a 12-month agreement. Shorter agreements are available for all plans, but they are more expensive.
You are always in control of your queue. The only rule here, is that we must complete an active project before a new one can begin, but you are always in control of the priority order. Your dedicated account manager and strategist will always proactively help you to organise your priorities based on your goals for working together.
In terms of tools, we use a popular project management platform that your whole team will be given seats to. We are also happy to work in your own project management platform, if that's preferred.
Occasional campaign sends (up to three per month) are included in your plan. If you need more regular campaigns sends than this, we can help to create a custom plan for you. We can support you on any number of campaign sends (we have some clients that send more than one campaign every day across a variety of their brands).
We accept direct debit, credit card and bank transfer payments. All terms are strictly 30 days in-cycle. This means that you are issued an invoice on the first day of working together and that invoice is required to be settled within 30 days. Discounts are sometimes available for clients who are happy to settle invoices ahead of time across a quarterly or annual plan.
Please note that if you fail our credit check, we may request payment in advance in order to activate your services.
We want you to get the most from working with us, so there are no limits to the number of staff you have working with your Enchant team. That said, we have found over the last 10 years, that having one single point of contact to organise and agree priorities with Enchant works best.
You can upgrade your plan at any time. All you need to do is speak to your dedicated CRM program manager and they'll discuss your options with you. All plans can be upgraded instantly.
